Texas is known as one of the most competitive markets for winning the Miss Texas USA crown. With over 100 women competing each year and me being in the industry. I have created this blog to mark what I have seen and the talent over the last few years. My time in the industry is now taking a back seat rather than my petal to the metal.
When shooting your look, it is important to convey you not only have potential to model at Miss Texas USA level but can also be a Miss USA or even Miss Universe.
Miss Texas USA contestants in the last few years that are all perfectly capable of competing for that national title.
Amber Calderon- she remains fit throughout the year unlike some pageant contestants, I think she should go for another pageant system even though she has aged out.
Shannon McAnnally- she went to WV and won! About time!!!
Angela Zatopek- she was a newbie, but this girl caught my eye for someone who hasnt grown up in pageants. I was blown away last year at her swimsuit physique and gown.
